Hyderabad: BJP state president B Dattatreya said today that his party planned to organise a massive rally at Delhi in the last week of next month on the Telangana demand.
The BJP state unit would finalise the programme at its national executive meeting which scheduled to held three days from February 18 at Indore of the Madhya Pradesh.
The party also plans to organise `Challo’ Assembly programme in the city next month with the participation of all the political parties. He said that his party members decided to quit the Assembly where they were have two seats. He blamed the Congress and TDP for the Telangana movement.
BJP MLA G Kishan Reddy and BJP general secretary Ch Sambha Murthy also took part in the programme.
Meanwhile, Telangana BJP leaders proceeded to the Nagpur to meet party president Nithish Gadgari and urge urge him to bifurcate the BJP state committee and give separate state committee to the Telangana region.
It is said that G Kishan Reddy has not resigned leading to speculation.
