Traffic police is making elaborate traffic arrangements for Civil Aviation Exhibition

Hyderabad Mar 5(INH Daily, Shafiq Abbasi): Hyderabad Traffic police is making elaborate traffic arrangements on 6th and 7th March, 2010 for the International Civil Aviation Exhibition being held at Begumpet Airport.  Visitors with Entry Passes are allowed on both the days in two Sessions.  Morning Session from 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM and Afternoon Session from 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM.  Entry Tickets are not sold at Begumpet Airport.  They are sold at the Parking areas only.

The visitors coming from Panjagutta are requested to use the parking facility at Hyderabad Air Cargo.  From this parking place there is direct entry into the Civil Aviation Exhibition.  When this parking area is full, vehicles of the visitors will be parked in Hyderabad Public School Grounds.

Visitors coming from Paradise, Patny, Tivoli, etc. are advised to park their vehicles in Wesley College Grounds, Zymkhana Grounds, Parade Grounds.

The Organizers are arranging free buses from Hyderabad Public School, Wesley College, Zymkhana Grounds and Parade Grounds to the Begumpet Airport.  Only Visitors having entry passes are permitted to travel in these buses.

Visitors coming to the Morning Session are requested to vacate the parking area by 1.15 PM to enable the visitors of Afternoon Session to park their vehicles.

Visitors are also requested to carry RC Book and Driving Licence in original.  The vehicles of visitors will be subjected to Anti-sabotage checks at the place of parking and sticker to this effect will be affixed to the vehicles.

Visitors are requested not to park their vehicles on the main roads or internal roads.  Vehicles parked on road side will be removed by Cranes and Crane lifting charges are collected from them.

Vehicles of the visitors are not allowed beyond Prakashnagar ‘T’ Junction towards Begumpet Airport.

Visitors are requested to cooperate with the Traffic Police.
